Project Brief:

Parliament of Victoria (POV) engaged p2m to assist them in preparing the various departments for their planned relocation. p2m organised all relocation related issues including arranging and driving clean up days, department & staff seating planning, packing & briefing sessions, coordinating new furniture placement and compactus & shelving storage space planning.p2m also arranged and coordinated the relocation of 1500 volumes of the original copies of the Argus into the new site from a secure facility and over 600 linear metres of sensitive papers and clippings from the Parliament House library.

p2m supervised the entire relocation and packing over a three week period.
