Project Brief:
The KPMG project involves the refurbishment of its existing tenancy at 161 Collins St, approximately every 8 weeks a group of 200 staff are moved internally within the building. The project includes moving multiple business groups from various locations into the new environment.
During this project we also oversee and manage the storage of partner office furniture as well as its return to its final destination during the demolition and construction stages of the project.
This project involves the management and supervision of KPMG’s preferred removal contractor as well as coordinating security access during the numerous relocation stages.
