Project Brief:
p2m was engaged to undertake a storage audit of Gallagher Bassett’s existing filing at 50 Queen St in preparation for their relocation to 333 Collins St. Over a one week period we measured and recorded the type, quantity and location of all hard copy filing within the Queen St office.
At the completion of the audit we submitted a detailed Storage Report and Gap Analysis which summarized the file storage requirements per business group at the new location.
We worked closely with the project architect to ensure that all file storage requirement were met at 333 Collins St.
