Project Brief:

In October 06 Deloitte purchased the Horwarth business (300 staff) in Sydney and appointed p2m to oversee the transition of this business into its existing premises in George St.

The phase 1 of the project included relocating approximately 400 staff internally within George St. Phase 2 of the project was the relocation of the 300 Horwarth staff into the existing Deloitte premises. This phase included working closely with Deloittes Records management staff to ensure that their existing file room had sufficient storage space for the incoming files.

We also work with the Deloitte project team (PM, Bus Services, Records and IT) to ensure that all aspects of the relocation process where clearly documented and all parties were working to the same relocation schedule and timeframe.

Another task we managed during this project was the scheduling of access for multiple contractors across the move weekend, including Removal and IT Relocation Contractors.

We fully supervised both relocation stages and managed the day 1 issues after each move weekend.
